Kawana, positioned in the middle of the Sunshine Coast offers lifestyle, conveninece, employment and and array of quality property. Queensland Health is investing $940 Million to deliver a 450 bed hospital at Kawana Waters. The project is proposed to commence late 2010 and open in 2014. The tertiary hospital also has the capacity to support an additional 200 beds and a 250 bed private hospital. This will include a major training facility for medical and allied health services.

Main Roads is investing over $1.5 BIllion in road infrastructure to service Kawana Waters, the new hospital and the new Town Centre.

Queensland Rail is investiing in excess of $1Billion for a rail connection from Beerwah to Maroochydore over teh next 5 to 15 years.

Stockland is investing over $100 million to construct the first stage of it's retail precinct. Stockland will be complete ing the $6 million extension of the Kawana Way sub arterial road and Creekside Boulevard.
